Application and Network Efficiency Training for New Employees and Employee Groups

  • Your new employees, and groups of employees who would like to become more efficient, can now be trained for the most effective use of your company applications and network (including your CRM, Office Suite, and specialized software).
  • To facilitate this training, our trainer will meet with group managers concerning best practices, and will research the habits of several of your best, most efficient employees every 60-90 days, along with some of your most technically challenged employees. The trainer will then perform training for your new employees and/or group training sessions for your employees who would like to become more efficient.
  • The training also includes security training to help your non-technical employees handle dangerous emails and website events in the safest and most effective way possible, to protect the safety and integrity of your company’s confidential data:
    • What a phishing email looks like and how to detect one
    • What a real virus alert looks like and how to respond
    • What a fraudulent virus alert looks like and how to respond to prevent a real infection
  • The training will also include a brief and non-technical explanation of how your network works, designed to eliminate frustration and lack of efficiency that arises from the most common misconceptions of your non technical users

Costs:

  • Monthly: $120/hour for ongoing research into the most effective use of your company’s applications, with an emphasis on how your existing employees are making efficient and inefficient use of your applications. Minimum of 8 hours research required before any training is performed.
  • New employee training: one-time $360 charge for 3 hours of hands on, one on one training. The employee should have a basic knowledge of how to use a computer and typical office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Employee group training: one-time $240 charge for 2 hours of group training including group knowledge share, question and answer times.
