(The following instructions were provided by Jim McGowan, a pcmint notebook user. Thanks Jim!)

Both the CHemUSA (http://www.chemusa.com) and Chicony (http://www.chicony.com) sites have updated BIOS
and driver files for the 9200.

As you know, Micro International used to provide a disk image on their website to flash
the BIOS. I have found that the original 9200 Setup Disk (or a copy of it*) can still be
used for this purpose.

After downloading the upgrade from the CHemUSA or Chicony website, expand it into a temp
directory on the hard drive. Then copy the XXX.978, PHLASH.EXE, and PLATFORM.BIN files
into the BIOS subdirectory on the 9200 setup disk.

Boot from the floppy and follow the simple instructions. I flashed my BIOS with the latest
version 3-18-99 w/o a hitch.

Hope this helps someone...

*I would recommend making a copy of the 9200 Setup Disk first, just in case there is an
unexpected problem.
